3. Services for Users and Mechanics
3.1 User Services Cargeria’s mobile app for users helps you find nearby mechanics. You acknowledge that Cargeria only provides a platform to connect users and mechanics and is not responsible for the services provided by the mechanics.
3.2 Mechanic Services The “Mechanic Station” app allows mechanics to list their services on Cargeria. By using the app, mechanics agree to provide accurate information about their services and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payments and Fees
Cargeria may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Cargeria to charge the applicable fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Cargeria or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimers Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Cargeria disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.2 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cargeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cargeria and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Cargeria may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and delete any copies of materials obtained through the Services.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, in accordance with the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
